We do not accept unsolicited vendor pitches by telephone. Email a concise introduction to [email protected] if you believe your service is relevant to our production network.

Response times: email enquiries receive a reply within one business day during office hours. Telephone messages left outside hours are returned on the next business day. Urgent matters should be marked in the email subject line; we cannot guarantee same-day response but will prioritise where capacity allows.

Public transport: Tanjong Pagar MRT (East-West Line) is approximately eight minutes on foot. Amoy Street runs parallel to Telok Ayer Street; the building entrance faces Amoy Street between Boon Tat Street and McCallum Street. Taxi and ride-hail drop-off is at the Amoy Street lobby.

Accessibility: the building lift serves all floors. If you require step-free access or other accommodation for a visit, mention it when booking and we will confirm arrangements with building management.
